UC Bags Government Funds for Green Energy Research Project

The Energy and Material Systems Laboratory of University of Canterbury (UC) has bagged government funds of $2 Million to conduct research on green energy project. The researchers would develop thermal engineering capability and design tools to create geothermal power plants. The team would create organic Rankine cycle plant design to create the thermal plant. Christchurch is a city on the east coast of the South Island of New Zealand.

It is one of largest and main city in Canterbury. It's a cosmopolitan place with exciting festivals, theatre, modern art galleries, great shopping and award-winning attraction.
