Who wants to travel with me and my kids?

Job Description:
Hi we are departing NZ for Europe very early June, returning to NZ late July. I am travelling alone with my 3 children!! Can an experienced nanny come with me for the trip over and back, helping me during the trip, and in between this person travels around at their own free will (for around 8 weeks). We will pay a good chunk of the airfare over and back in return for the help!
